SERVICE INCLUDES AND EXCLUDES AS FOLLOWING

FOR FULLY COOK SUPPORT CAMPING TREKKING
Registration to the US embassy in Kathmandu for USA national, all the necessary trekking equipment: two men sharing tent, all camping and kitchen gears with cook support, English speaking guide, necessary porters for trekking, food during the trekking, land transportation for arrival-departure in Kathmandu and trek start and ending point and national park permits, mattress, 4 nights accommodation with daily breakfast in 3 star hotel or equivalent standard hotel with twin sharing basis, two half day city sight seeing, all the entrance fee for the monuments for sightseeing in Kathmandu, each staff insurance during their trekking period, daily porter wages, 1 climbing Sherpa equipment fee.

FIXED MENU ON THE TREK:
Usual 3 times meal in a day : Breakfast, lunch and dinner
Drinks : Tea, coffee, lemon tea and hot chocolate

NOT INCLUDED IN THE ABOVE PRICE:
Emergency and evacuation flight, personal trekking gears, sleeping lunch and dinner while staying in Kathmandu, Mera peak permit fee: U$ 350 for group up to 04 persons, airfare for: KTM- PHAPLU, LUKLA-KTM (US$ 171 p/p)

BOOKING DEADLINE
Booking with 50% payment should arrive one month prior to your arrival date in Kathmandu for all fixed departure dates mentioned as following.

NOTE
All the participants should arrive to KTM 2 days before and we need one day (note that Saturday/Sunday is government holiday) for official paper work for this trip and incase if the group size is not fulfilled within our deadline, we will cancel this special trip.

OPTIONS
In above trip you can also choose another route like Drive to Jiri and fly out Lukla-Kathmandu takes nearly 26-27 days crossing tough pass called Amalapcha, also fly in Lukla and out from the same takes nearly 2 and half weeks. Above route is normal for everyone who could do easily.
