Mt. Kanchenjunga
Mt. Kachenjunga is the third highest mountain in the world. Until 1849 it was believed to be the highest. It is an enormous mountain mass and is located on the border of Nepal and Sikkim. It is the most easterly of the great 8,000 m peaks of the Himalayas. The name Kachenjunga or Kachendzonga is often translated as Five Treasures of the Great Snow., a reference of the five high peaks that rise from the surrounding glaciers.

COST INCLUDES
Full camping trekking with cook support with necessary staff, Two men sharing tent, complete food supply during the trek/expedition-BC, Costs for the accompanied team: like; Portages : Gopetar - Base Camp - Gopetar, Cooking team in base camp, Insurance for all employed high altitude staff, Liaison officer fee and his insurance, Kanchenjunga Peak and trekking permit fee for Normal route, National park fee, 4 nights accommodation in Kathmandu with breakfast in standard hotel twin sharing basis, 2 half day KTM cultural sightseeing, International departure tax, all monuments entrance fees at the sightseeing time, Arrival, departure, transfers, Equipment clearance support as per rules and regulation of His Majestiys Government, Ministry of Custom and Communication department, BC tent and high altitude tents, Climbing equipment (ice pitons rope, dead man, snow bars, figure 8, jumar, etc.), Visa extension, Food and fuel for B.C. and higher camps, Cook and kitchen boy.

DOES NOT INCLUDE
Oxygen bottles (3-ltrs) per member with mask & regulator, Entry visa into Nepal. You can get this at your arrival in KTM airport, Personal travel, medical and rescue insurance, Lunch & dinner in Kathmandu, Telephone calls and all items of personal nature Drinks, laundry, postage, ustom duties on expedition, Air Travel to / from Nepal.

NEEDFUL DOCUMENTS TO GET THE PERMISSION
  • The royalty fee for above peak is, US$ 3000 up to 7 persons in a group. Exceeding 7 persons up to total 12 pax U$ 400 per person.
  • To book and confirm the expedition peak, the group has to fill up an application form and send it for Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation, Mountaineering Section through our company.
  • Recommendation letter of Alpine club
  • All the detail bio data of participants with their passport copy
  • After granted the permit for proper peak, have to pay the total amount of royalty at least three months before. Incase failure, they have a right to cancel it.
