For the safety of the group during the treks and tours, we, under our company's policy and facility, have always been taking care of our valued guests whoever in the tour, trekking and expedition or during climbing period. In case of accidents or high altitude sickness, we provide primary medical kit bag and hyperbaric (oxygen) bag, decent, diamox, oxygen, nifedipine steroids etc. for their primary treatment. Any doctors or persons with adequate medical knowledge is of course always an advantage.

If any accidents occur we arrange for immediate rescue flights and try to bring him/her to lower elevation or to the nearest hospital or Kathmandu, depending upon the condition of the patient. Persons suffering from high altitude sickness are kept in the pressure bags or oxygen bags as they are known. This is the primary treatment for acute mountain sickness, common to people not familiar with the high mountains. We have been providing rescue facilities to all our valuable guests since a decade.

But in order to apply these efforts we must first know whether the client is insured or not, and if insured we must receive his or her insurance papers. Another important fact is whether the insurance company affords his or her medical expenses. Before we make any necessary arrangements for the evacuation of the client we seek his or her personal consent for accomplishment.

Diamox Use: Lhasa 3 days continue one tablet half evening half morning, no shacking the bodies, per day 3 liter water, and Dexona 4 mg. 3 times a days without Dr, do not use it. More about Altitude Sickness
