Highlights of the flight:
The helicopter flight takes you towards the Helambu valley, as enchanting local in the midst of the seraphic and virgin splendour of the mountains. The neighborhood essentially belongs to the Sherpas, a race of mountain people better know as the "Tiger of the Snows". The landing site falls in the sedate premises of the Tarkeygyang Monastery. Here in the fragile and tranquil environment that abides all around, you will be able to see the Sherpa settlement that fringe the monastery itself.

Heli-Hike
This Heli-Hike program is specially designed for those who do not have sufficient time to go trekking for days, for those who just need to go away from the hustle and bustle of the city to get fresh air out in the mountains with their families, and yet, experience and enjoy the fun of trekking for the days.

  • Depart from Tribhuvan Int'l airport to mountain top (7500 ft.) from where you see panoramic views of the Katmandu valley and the Himalayan ranges.
  • Enjoy the views for 30-45 minutes (coffee break).
  • Go hiking for aprox. 2 hours with our guide along the mountain ridge to a mountain resort.
  • Have breakfast (0700-1100 hours) or lunch (1200-1500 hours) at the mountain resort.

EVEREST TOUR, THE ULTIMATE HIMALAYA
First a flight to Lukla, a favourite tourist and trekker's spot. Landing at Lukla is quite an experience. The airport built by Sir Edmund Hillary in the bygone days, is hemmed in by hills and mountains. Lukla is Sherpa territory, yet it is crowded by trekkers in thousands from all over the world, on their way to the Everest country. Your mountain flight provides a 3-dimensional view of the mountains, whose nearness is the prime attraction of this flight. The massive Everest hulk is the dominating feature here, surrounded by other mighty mountains in their own rights.
